City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002

The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002 (Goa Act 1 of 2003), which has been passed by the Legislative Assembly of Goa on 26-8-2002 and assented to by the Governor of Goa on 21-1-2003 .All the provisions of the City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002 (Goa Act 1 of 2003), except sections 104(b), 190 to 200, 208 to 210 and section 255 of the said Act, shall come into force with effect from 01-04-2003
