Notarial Laws

Decree No. 8373, popularly known as the Notarial Laws, was printed by the Government Printing Press after being translated from the Portuguese language into English in 2010. It appears that the translation is not a complete rendition of the entire decree; only those provisions relevant to Notarial Services have been translated and printed. To facilitate access for the general public, Goa Kaido has reproduced and made available a digital copy of this translation. All due care and diligence have been exercised during the typing process to avoid any typographical or spelling errors. However, in the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy, reference should be made to the original printed version published by the Government Printing Press.
