Cancellation Policy

• Anyone who has been a member is eligible to cancel their membership online. However membership fees which already paid will not be refunded.
• In case of sale of books - If consignment not dispatched, your entire amount will be refunded.

Refund Policy

• If a client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via source of transaction within 15 to 20 working days (after deducting bank charges or entire amount)

Delivery/Shipping Policy

• After successfully payment, Subscription receipt (s) & other supportive details will be activated and intimated via E-mail ID mentioned in the account.
• After successfully payment of cost of books , the consignment will be dispatched in 24 hours on postal address by Courier.
