Narayani Publications is a proprietary firm established by Smt. Rajkumari Agrawal in 2013 in the memory of her sister-in-law Smt. Narayani Agrawal with the aim of providing quality legal resources in form of compilations, commentary, online resources etc in order to assist the legal fraternity in their day-to-day practice of law. Our resources are also of great assistance to the general citizens by way of making the latest in State Laws available to them.

Mr Agrawal joined the State Service in 1986. He started from the cadre of Mamlatdar and retired from the post of the Collector & DM of South Goa. During his illustrious career he held important portfolios such as the Director of Social Services, Director of Education, Director of Printing and Stationary, Project Director Rural Development, etc.
He excelled wherever he was posted, and is one of the most awarded of the State's officers. Not only does he have the credit of reviving various departments where he worked, he also has the unique distinction of being 4 times recipient of awards from the hands of President of India. He was adjudged as the best Civil Service Officer of the Goa State for the year 2009 and was nominated for the Prime Minister’s Award for “Excellence in Public Administration” for the year 2010-11. Another of his achievements is the ISO certification of the Goa Printing Press during his tenure.
Besides being a tireless administrator, Mr Agrawal is also the author of numerous publications: Goa Mundkar Act (1997), Goa Land Revenue Code (2000) and Delegated Laws of Goa (2014). These publications are much sought after and remain points of reference in courts, lawyer's offices, govt departments etc.
He is now the force behind GoaKaido.com and wishes to spend his superannuation days writing and making available resources for the legal professionals as well as general public.
