Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Act, 1983

This Act was enacted by the Union Government and come into force with Section 1 and clause (C) of section 3 come into force at once on 14-12-0983.

Section 37 of the Act empowers to the State Government to make Rules, however Rules not yet framed.
