Beedi Workers Welfare Cess Act, 1976

[Act is Repealed by the repealing  and Amending Act-2019 (Central Act No. 31 of 2019)]

This Act was enacted by the Union Government and come into force with effect from 15-2-1977

Section 56 of the Act empowers to the state Government to make Rules, however presently the Rules are not Yet framed by the Government of Goa.
