_{This Act was enacted by the Union Government and come into force as below:-}

_{Section 1 and 2, 8 to 17 and Section 48, 54, 59, 62, 63, 64 and 65 with effect from 1st October 2003;}

_{Section 3 to 7, 18 to 47 , 49 to 53, 55 to 58 and 60 and 61  with effect from 1st July, 2004.}
