Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003

This Act was enacted by the Union Government and following Sections come into force with effect from  1st May, 2004, 1,2,3,4,5,6(a),12(1)(b),12(2),13(2),14,16,19,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30 and 31 vide Notification No. F.No.P-16011/2/2003-PH dated 25-2-2004 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II Section-3 Sub-Section (ii)
