Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971

(Central Act 40 of 1971)

This Act was enacted by the Union Government and it shall be deemed to have come into force on the 16th day of September, 1958 except sections 11, 19 and 20 which shall come into force at once_.
