THE COASTAL AQUACULTURE AUTHORITY ACT, 2005

(CENTRAL ACT NO. 24 OF 2005)

This Act was enacted by the Union Government and provisions of section 27 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on 16-12-2005.
