State Litigation Policy

As per the Resolution adopted in the National Consultation for Strengthening the Judiciary toward Reducing Pendency and Delays held on 24th and 25th October, 2009. Government of Goa is formulate its State Litigation Policy 2010 for the State of Goa on the lines of the National Litigation Policy 2010.
