Compensation to the Project Affected Persons and Vesting of Land in the Government Act, 2017 

(Goa Act 16 of 2017) [29-8-2017] 

This Act come into force w.e.f. 1st day of December 2012 as provided under sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Act.
